At Jazz It Up, we are committed to protecting the integrity of your data and personal information. Because certain types of information about Jazz It Upusers are gathered, we feel you should fully understand the terms and conditions surrounding the capture and use of that information. This privacy statement discloses what information we gather, how we use it, and how to correct or change it.

Returns
Jazz It Up has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We will gladly take back any unlogoed order that does not meet your requirements within 30 days of receiving the merchandise. If you wish to return an item, please contact your Jazz It Up Customer Service Representative. DO NOT return the items to an address on the packing materials or website. Your Jazz It Up Customer Service Representative will provide the shipping information to you.

• Garments must be returned within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Please return merchandise in original packaging.
• We are unable to accept merchandise that has been worn or washed.
• For your protection we recommend that you insure your package with the shipper.
• If you are exchanging merchandise please include a money order or credit card number for return shipping.

Information Jazz It Up Gathers and Tracks
Jazz It Up gathers two types of information about users: data that users provide through optional, voluntary registration on our site, and aggregated tracking information derived mainly by tallying page views throughout our site. Such information enables us to better tailor our content to users’ needs and helps us better understand the demographics of our audience. Jazz It Up does not share information about individual users with any third party. Jazz It Up gathers user information in the following processes:

Registration
Jazz It Up is a business-to-business transactional marketplace. Although some features of Jazz It Up are available to anonymous users, all users must register and be approved prior to making purchases. By registering, users take advantage of various personalized features such as the ability to invoke unique functions and content based on one's identity. During registration, the user supplies information required to enable transactions.

Polling
The Jazz It Up site may offer interactive polls to users so they can easily share their opinions with other users and see what the Jazz It Up audience thinks about important issues. Jazz It Up uses a system to "tag" users after they have voted, so they can vote only once on a particular question. This tag is not correlated with information about individual users.

Message Boards/Forums
Jazz It Up may, from time to time, offer message boards or forums, where users can enter into lively, real-time or non-real-time conversations about a variety of topics. Jazz It Up requires message board users to complete the registration process described above, even if they do not intend to make purchases.

Electronic Newsletters
Jazz It Up publishes and distributes free electronic newsletters to users. Jazz It Up will gather the email addresses of users who voluntarily subscribe. Users may remove themselves from Jazz It Up mailing lists by following the instructions contained in every dispatch. Users can subscribe to these newsletters during registration, or within the Jazz It Up site at various times and places.

Surveys
Jazz It Up may occasionally conduct user surveys to better target content and services to our audience. Jazz It Up may, at its discretion, share the aggregated demographic information in these surveys with Jazz It UpMarketplace vendors and other business partners. Information about specific individuals or buying companies will not be shared with third parties.

Contests, Loyalty Programs, and Sweepstakes
Jazz It Up may occasionally offer loyalty programs, contests and sweepstakes in which we request certain information. These promotions will be conducted in full accordance with United States federal and state laws. The full rules and all information about such contests will be clearly posted during the event. Any information gathered will be used only to verify user identity and to contact winners and/or prize/point recipients. Again, information about specific individuals will not be shared with third parties.

Usage Tracking
Jazz It Up tracks user traffic patterns throughout its site; however, we do not correlate this information with data about individual users. Jazz It Updoes segment overall usage statistics according to a user's domain name, browser type, and MIME type by reading this information from the browser string (information contained in every user's browser). Jazz It Uptracks and catalogs the search terms that users enter into the Jazz It UpMarketplace search engine, but this tracking is never associated with individual users.

Cookies
A cookie is a small data file that certain Web sites write to your hard drive when you visit them. A cookie file can contain information, such as a user ID, that the site uses to track the pages you've visited, but the only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply yourself. A cookie can't read data off your hard disk or read cookie files created by other sites. Jazz It Up uses cookies to track user traffic patterns (as described above), when you register as a Jazz It Upmember, and when you click on various links and promotions throughout the site. When you register, Jazz It Up uses a cookie to store your user ID. We do not store passwords or any personal information about you. We use this ID to identify you anonymously in our database and to track the pages you visit on our site. Cookies also enable you to enter various parts of the Jazz It Up site as a member without having to log on each time, and to visit member-restricted areas of the site.

Use of the information
Jazz It Up uses any information voluntarily given by our users to enhance their experience in our site, whether to provide interactive or personalized elements on the site or to better prepare future content based on the interests of our users.

As stated above, Jazz It Up uses information that users voluntarily provide in order to send out electronic newsletters and to enable users to participate in polls and message boards. We may send out newsletters to subscribers on a regular schedule (daily, weekly, or monthly depending on the newsletter), and occasionally send out special communications when we think subscribers might be particularly interested in something we are doing. Jazz It Up never shares newsletter mailing lists with any third parties, including advertisers or partners. We use tracking information to determine which areas of our sites users like and don't like based on traffic to those areas. Jazz It Up does not track what individual users read, but rather how well each page performs overall. This helps us continue to build a better service for you.

We track search terms entered into our search engine as one of many measures of what types of products our users are looking for. We don't track which terms a particular user enters.

Sharing of Information
Jazz It Up uses the above-described information to tailor our service to suit the needs of our users. This is essential to make our service the best it can be. We do not share information about individual users with any third party.

Opt-Out Policy
Jazz It Up gives users options wherever necessary and practical. Such choices include:

• Opting not to receive our electronic newsletters and order status emails when registering for the site.
• Opting not to provide certain personal information when registering for the site (see above).
• Opting not to participate in certain interactive areas, including the Jazz It UpMarketplace, which completely alleviates the need for Jazz It Up to collect any information from our users.

Correct/Update Policy
Jazz It Up offers users the ability to correct or change the information collected during registration for the site (see above). Such changes may be activated by simply going to one's user profile, clicking the edit link, and making changes to one's data as it is displayed in the subsequent form. Delete/Deactivation
Users may unsubscribe to any of our electronic newsletters or order status emails at any time by following the instructions contained at the end of every communication. Currently, Jazz It Up does not offer users a means by which to completely delete personal information established at the time of registration for any site.
